I stayed for 2 nights in a double room. The staff were helpful and the shuttle service was reliable, which made getting around easier. However, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with mold present. Overall, it could be a decent choice for short stays, but some improvements in maintenance are needed.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, parking, and luggage storage. The staff once helped me find my lost earring, which I truly appreciated. I'm coming back soon for a business trip!

We had a wonderful experience at the kids' museum nearby. The bed in our room was super comfy, and it was great to find a pet-friendly option for our little dog.

The overall odor in the building felt stale and needed freshening up. The location worked well for me since it was close to the train station, but I wished the furnishings were updated as they looked dated. Additionally, it would have been great to have breakfast included. The restaurant looked inviting, but it felt a bit empty in the mornings. An upgrade in decor and more attention to the bathrooms would really enhance the experience for future guests.

It was just a well-suited match for getting around the area in Portland with great value for the money. The front desk staff was super accommodating when our van broke down, letting us stay an extra hour without charge. Make sure to have a credit card on hand since they don’t accept cash.
